The Getty Museum Store is dedicated to your satisfaction; if you are not completely pleased with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original, unused condition and accompanied by the original packing slip.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team via email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Carefully repackage the merchandise in its original box with all protective padding and include a copy of your original receipt or packing slip.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement item within 7-10 business days.
